Justin Bowers is back up in the AHL. After two stints with the Lake Erie Monsters, the Quad City Flames have signed him to a "professional try out agreement". The former Tommie has 12 games in the AHL this season and hopes to remain in that league for the rest of the season. Quad City news release
I was never a big fan of Justin,but glad to see him doing well and he made the right move.
