It's been an exhausting round of "Work. Sleep. Repeat" over the last couple of weeks, but while spending too much time in the office, I have observed:

That the hiring of Mike Eagles as athletic director at STU was, and will turn out to be, a good move. And by the standards of academia, which usually moves at glacier-like speed in the decision-making process, a quick one.

The Tommies program needs someone to have their hand on the tiller as they steer into a new season. And Eagles is a smart man and a hard-working man and the kind of example an athlete should strive to be.
